Every bike I purchase under goes a complete restoration. Each bike is completely disassembled and then painstakingly rebuilt. No nut, bolt or washer is overlooked.
Let us help you complete that restoration project!
We offer the following services:
Powder Coating & Painting
Metal plating and Chrome plating
Aluminum High Gloss Buffing
Carburator Rebuild and Repair
Respoking and Wheel Balancing
Engine Tune-Ups and Rebuilds
Once a bike is 100% disassembled, the fun part begins. After the end goal has been determined, any frame modifications are made. All frame and support components are sand blasted and sent for powder coating. Paint All of Rochester is the chosen contractor for all of the painting and powder coating needs. Their attention to detail and technical know how makes all the difference. Additionally all fasteners are sent to vibratory tumbling and then zinc plated or anodized to give a long lasting luster.
My Father is a master craftsman. His technical knowledge of motors is vast. Every engine is dissasembled and rebuilt by him. All aluminum parts are buffed and polished to look like mirrors. The carburators are rebuilt and a new wiring harness is installed.
Enjoy the pictures below of different steps in the process.

Each part of the motorcycle is viewed by me as a fine piece of art. The end product of an assembled bike is nothing less than a thing of beauty.

Collecting old bikes has been a hobby of mine for many years. I have a fondness for old British bikes especially, but sometimes the older Japanese bikes can be fun. Japanese bikes are very common and after market parts are cheap. Plus, they are fun to modify and make great street trackers or metric Choppers!
